Shipping and Returns

Preparation and dispatch

Orders are prepared in 1–4 working days depending on the item, and eligible pieces are blessed before dispatch. Preparation time is shown on each product page.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is generally 7–10 days depending on destination, carrier service, customs processing and product preparation. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated and shown before payment is confirmed. Free worldwide shipping applies to orders over $150.

Customs and import taxes

Customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country and may not be included in the order total. These charges are set by your local authorities.

Packaging

Statues and glass items are wrapped, boxed with moulded protection and placed inside an outer carton. Rosaries and jewellery travel in a pouch inside a lined box.

Returns

Eligible unused products may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. Personalized, custom, made-to-order, sale and gift-card purchases may be excluded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Write to support@lojaesperanca.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
